Your Second Visit
Report of Findings
On the second visit, your Chiropractor will explain the results of your examinations and will outline a specific "Care Plan" to address your problems. Your Chiropractor will also explain the impact these problems may have on your present and future health. This is called your Report of Findings.
Your First Adjustment
You are now ready for your first adjustment. Your Chiropractor may need to adjust several areas of your spine, however he/she will explain exactly what he will do before proceeding. There will be no surprises. Once complete, you will be told expected outcomes of this first adjustment, plus 3 simple instructions to do immediately, which will help gain the best value from your care.
This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:
• Reduces the length of your first visit
• Gives us time to correlate our findings
• Avoids overloading you with too much information
In certain situations, and in the professional judgment of your Chiropractor, we sometimes make exceptions. It just depends on your unique situation.
